We would like to send a big thank you to our Mamquam PAC for purchasing new outdoor equipment for the students to enjoy! We really appreciate all that you do for us!

Please remember to use the designated drive thru pick up and drop off lane in the mornings and afternoons. This lane is not a parking lane, it is not to have unattended vehicles left parked in the area. The purpose is to remain in your vehicle and either drop off or pick up or child and then continue safely through the lane to avoid congestion. If you prefer to park and walk around the back of the school please do so in a designated parking stall and not in the yellow lined area, behind other parked vehicles of in designated assessible spots (without properly displaying a tag). These areas are also not to be used to park in and wait in your vehicle. We appreciate your support in keeping our small parking lot safe.

Our photo retake day is Friday November 8th from 1-3pm. If you would like to have your childs photo taken again please let your classroom teacher know and send them to school with the Photo Proof sheet card that was sent home. Families will have the option to order from either the original photo or the retake photo.

Classes made some beautiful pumpkin art this past month and Ms. Sollid and Ms. Swinwood's classes did really cool Tim Burton self portraits. Our school is full of amazing artists!

We had a very fun day on Halloween that started out with our annual Halloween parade in the gym. Classes danced and showed off their costumes to a fun Halloween playlist.

When the sun finally pops out, the kids will decorate the new asphalt!

Students are welcome to come dressed in a Halloween costume on October 31, we will be having a whole school costume parade. Please note that no masks, weapons or props are permitted and to keep costumes reasonable so that students can still participate in school activities.

Many parents don't know where to begin when their child encounters a problem at school. This presentation will provide parents with information on where to go for help and walk parents through common scenarios for a better understanding of the policies and processes used within your school district.
