Bike Rodeo May 16

Mamquam’s Bike Rodeo will take place on Thursday May 16th beginning at 9:15 a.m. It will end when all participating classes have had a chance to go through the course. The Bike Rodeo, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Squamish, is an annual event at Mamquam. Students are able to have their bikes checked for mechanical safety and participate in a bicycle “driving test’!

If your child would like to participate, please ensure that they have their bike and helmet at school on May 16th. There will be a few bikes on hand if your child does not have one.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give specific times for when each class will be participating, as it depends on the number of participants form each classroom.

We are looking for a couple of parent volunteers to help with bike and helmet checks, please reach out to Paula at [email protected] if you are available to volunteer.
